The 300 mg is great for minor aches and pains but if you have severe pain like myself recommend the 1000 mg restore cream works amazing melts the pain away in minutes I use it daily and now have my father using it bought him some and he loves it and also recommended it to some work colleagues and they love it ....highly recommend
