Shipping Policy

At Muscle MX, our goal is to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping guidelines below to ensure a smooth delivery experience.

Processing Times

  • Cutoff: Orders placed Monday–Friday before 8:00 AM MST (10:00 AM EST) are processed and shipped the same business day.

  • Exceptions: Orders placed after 8:00 AM MST, or on weekends and federal holidays, will be shipped on the following business day.

  • Transit: Transit times do not include Sundays or holidays.


Shipping Rates & Options

Muscle MX ships via USPS and UPS.

  • Free Shipping: We offer free USPS Ground shipping on all orders with a subtotal over $74.95.

  • Standard Shipping: For orders under $74.95, shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.


Shipping Destinations

  • United States: We ship to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii.

  • Military Bases (APO/FPO): We ship via USPS Priority Mail. Delivery is estimated at 2–7 business days. Free shipping applies to orders over $74.95.

  • International: We offer international shipping via USPS.

    • Note: Before ordering, please check your country’s local CBD/THC regulations to ensure compliance. International shipments can take 20+ days. Once the package leaves our warehouse, we provide U.S.-based tracking, but we do not have control over international transit. Please contact your local postal service for the latest delivery updates.


Order Management

  • Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery.

  • Address Changes: If you need to change your shipping address, contact us immediately at help@musclemx.com or 801-565-4718.

    • If a tracking number has already been generated or the package has left our facility, we may not be able to modify the address. In this case, you will need to contact the carrier directly.


Delivery Issues & Missing Packages

We do our absolute best to assist with delivery issues, though once a package leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the carrier.

  • Package Marked "Delivered" but not received: Please contact your local post office first, as they have the most accurate information regarding your parcel's final delivery. If they cannot locate the order, contact our support team at help@musclemx.com.

  • Stolen or Lost Packages: We are not responsible for stolen or lost packages. The most effective route is to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier (USPS or UPS).

  • Refusing Delivery: Please do not refuse a delivery. If you refuse a package, it does not reliably return to our facility, and we cannot process a refund. Please contact us first so we can assist you with the proper return process.
